Roland Chauville is the co-founder and Director of UPR-INFO, the first website entirely dedicated to the Universal Periodic Review. To this regard, he has been involved in the UPR process since April 2008 and has followed all its sessions. Prior to this, he was interning at an NGO called Geneva for Human Rights. He holds a Masters in International Relations from University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France. |

Rupert Colville is the Spokesperson for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR ), and has served two different High Commissioners since joining OHCHR in February 2008 (Louise Arbour of Canada, and the current High Commissioner Navi Pillay of South Africa). Prior to that he spent 15 years with the UN’s other High Commissioner – the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR ) – where he served as a spokesperson at the Geneva HQ covering at various times the Middle East, North Africa, South and Central Asia and Europe.
